At The Granite Bracket Shop we want you to be fully satisfied with the bracket(s) you purchased. If you are not satisfied, you may return the bracket(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the original shipping. Brackets are not eligible for a refund after 30 days. Note: For return orders of 50 or more brackets there will be a 20% restock fee.
Brackets must be returned in good condition with all accessories to ensure credit. Additionally, the following criteria must be met:
All refunds will be made after returned items are received. Once the refund is processed please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
Cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Please email your return request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your full name, phone number, and the invoice number. Please place the words "Attention Return" in the subject line.
